Cavin is the founder of Exodus Growth Partners, a phone-first outbound partner for B2B technology companies, especially in Cybersecurity, IT, and SaaS. He builds performance-driven outbound systems that generate qualified meetings through trust-based conversations at scale.
With six years in outbound, Cavin has led messaging, offer positioning, SDR training, and campaign optimization across complex technical markets. He began his sales career in door-to-door, developing the discipline and composure that shape his approach: do the work, stay calm under pressure, and earn the next step.
At Exodus, Cavin leads strategy across targeting, positioning, and qualification—ensuring campaigns drive pipeline, not just activity. His work is guided by integrity, high standards, and a commitment to measurable, sustainable growth.

Collin leads outbound programs at Exodus Growth Partners across logistics, supply chain, and B2B services. Previously at GlobalTranz and Boeing, he brings strong operational discipline to campaign execution.
At Exodus, he builds campaign infrastructure, sharpens messaging, coaches SDRs, and drives meetings that convert into pipeline and revenue.
Juliet manages campaign launches and execution at Exodus Growth Partners, ensuring targeting, messaging, and qualification standards are set before outreach begins.
With three years of sales experience, she’s known for attention to detail, clear communication, and catching issues early so campaigns start clean and scale smoothly.

Micah is VP of Sales at Glencoco and founder of Remote Sales Nation. He advises Exodus on go-to-market strategy and outbound execution, bringing a high standard for performance, accountability, and scalable systems.
Connor is a founding member of Remote Sales Nation and Yossology. He supports Exodus with positioning, messaging, and strategic growth helping communicate value clearly to the right buyers and build a more predictable pipeline.
